We are seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in recruitment or HR, who is eager to grow their career in a dynamic organisation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and delivering our Team Member Relations strategy. They will work closely with our managers and team members to implement initiatives that support growth, organisational change and a thriving workplace culture.
* Support the delivery of TMR programs, communication and team engagement initiatives.
* Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless team member experience.
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of TMR policies, documents and practices that align with legal requirements and best practices.
* Help design and implement initiatives to promote team member wellbeing, engagement and retention.
* Maintain clear communication channels between team members, managers and the broader People & Culture team.
* Promote and align with our values, policies and team member conduct standards.

About You:
You must have 2+ years' experience in human resources or a strong recruitment background. A degree in Human Resources or similar is required.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams.
A collaborative and proactive team approach. Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation. A positive attitude and commitment to supporting a respectful, inclusive workplace.
