Overview
A prominent Education Provider is looking for a versatile, digital-first Mid-Senior Digital Designer to join their team. This isn't a role for someone who just pushes pixels; they need a creative thinker who can take a core concept and confidently extend it across campaigns, EDM's, web and social platforms.
You will be responsible for strengthening their digital capability, ensuring their brand systems are applied thoughtfully while maintaining a high standard of design across multiple formats.
Core Responsibilities
* Concept Extension: Take an initial idea and roll it out across diverse digital channels, ensuring the creative remains cohesive and impactful
* Digital Excellence: Execute high-quality work across social, EDM's, web and integrated campaigns.
* Brand Stewardship: Work comfortably within established brand systems, applying them accurately to new projects.
* User-Centric Design: Prioritise flow and user experience alongside visual aesthetics.
* Quality at Pace: Maintain a high level of typography, layout, and hierarchy while working in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Bring
* Experience: Approximately 5–10 years of experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house team.
* Software Skills: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is essential; proficiency in Figma is highly preferred.
* Mindset: You are collaborative, proactive, and easy to direct. You integrate quickly into agile teams and can run with a brief once given a direction.
* Design Philosophy: You believe in clean, considered work that avoids being over-designed or overly templated.
Nice to Have
* Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira.
* Experience working with education entities.
