Overview The Ideal Problem Solver: Join Hymix as a Territory Sales Manager for the North Brisbane region. You will understand customer challenges and opportunities, identify solutions from our portfolio, and influence the market.
Responsibilities
Identify and drive new opportunities within the market through solutions, new customers, and segments.
Activate and utilize sales processes, managing a 12‑month rolling orderbook and pipeline with existing and new customers.
Conduct market analysis and gather intelligence on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Achieve territory and team objectives aligned with regional Sales Incentive Scheme targets.
Perform administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
3+ years of field sales experience in a relevant sector (industrial preferred).
Ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights to shape strategy.
Understanding of sales process methodology.
Strong commercial and critical thinking skills.
Positive, influential presence in building effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate product features into a value proposition.
Experience dealing with stakeholders and Tier 1‑3 customers.
