Regional Strata NSW, with four offices across the Central West and South Coast of NSW, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Strata Manager to join our Bathurst team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
As a Strata Manager, you will manage a portfolio of schemes while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and providing top-tier customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a portfolio of strata schemes
* Ensuring compliance with regulations
* Communicating promptly via phone, email, and in writing
* Preparing and distributing budgets, financials, agendas, and minutes
* Managing insurance renewals and claims
* Conducting meetings with clients onsite or in the office
* Liaising with contractors and issuing work orders for maintenance
* Possessing a valid driver's license
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a motivated and professional individual with a positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and strong attention to detail. You will need to be an effective communicator and have:
* A background in customer service and strong administrative skills
* Experience in Strata or Real Estate is a bonus but not essential
* Relevant qualifications under the Property Stock and Business Agents Act (highly advantageous)
* A customer-first mindset and the ability to build strong relationships
* A high level of time management and ability to meet deadlines
* Strong financial and accounting understanding
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
The Successful Candidate:
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Strata Management License or complete the Certificate IV in Strata Community Management upon employment
* Is highly organised, reliable, and self-motivated
