Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in Geelong.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be exposed to unique and enriching mentoring, technical support, and encouragement while delivering project design/drafting for a range of projects including road and drainage design for civil and urban development projects, stormwater design to WSUD standards, sewer reticulation, water and recycled water supply design and pump station design.
You will ensure all designs are checked and approved by Registered Engineer and Project Manager prior to forwarding to the relevant authorities. You will also liaise with authorities as required, undertake site inspections for projects, and attend meetings with local authorities and stakeholders.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, recognised by Engineers Australia as eligible for membership as a professional engineer
* Passion for learning and problem-solving
* Eligible to work in Australia
* CURRENTLY IN FINAL YEAR OF DEGREE OR 1-2 YEARS POST-GRADUATION
