Dealing with external consultants – they have a PM Consultant that has been working with them for 6 years Managing systems, structures and procedures Assist in acquisitions This is a company that are growing organically at a rapid rate Conduct 1 on 1 meetings with the team Track where the business is going Work alongside the Director/Management team Manage and ensure all referrals are followed up Set & manage KPIs on how the business will grow Grow the team – recruitment Day to day running of the business Ad hoc The Candidate: We are looking for someone that wants to run their Property Management Business Class 1 License holder Previous experience managing people Needs to know customer service 101 – how to keep clients and landlords happy Someone that is part of the Property Management process A vision to grow!
