Synopsis:
Administration Officer
- Fixed Term Full Time (Until 31 December 2026)
- Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9-day fortnight
- $76,808 - $82,140 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 2) + Superannuation
- Location – Rockhampton
Your new role
Reporting to the Supervisor of Support Services, this full-time, fixed-term Administration Officer role is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital part in supporting the dynamic Civil Operations team.
We are seeking an employee with a strong, well-rounded administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're confident providing high-level support to teams, supervisors and engineers – and have a passion for customer service – we want to hear from you
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
What we are looking for
- Completion of Certificate III in Business (Administration) or equivalent coupled with relevant administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite and various other systems such as Technology One, Pathways and R1.
- The ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with a wide and diverse range of customers.
- Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work to achieve deadlines.
