We need someone with experience in participating in design workshops, leading teams, and possessing good interpersonal and communication skills.Skills/CompetenciesDemonstrated experience in a similar role using AWS/Azure.Build process, Software Product Development, Process Automation, Build and Deployment Automation, Release Management, Packaging Quality Control, Source Code repository & Environment management.Good understanding of the principles and best practices of Software Configuration Management (SCM) in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.Develop, enhance, and maintain build, deployment, and configurations for continuous integration and automate regression and acceptance testing.Good knowledge of failover and failback disaster recovery (DR) server management to ensure high availability of applications.Experience in installing firmware upgrades, kernel patches, systems configuration, and performance tuning on Unix/Linux systems.Implement release processes like DevOps and Continuous Delivery methodologies into existing build & deployment strategies, monitoring, and configuration management.Knowledge of microservice architecture and experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Jenkins, Ansible, including performing POCs.Experience in automation using AWS CloudFormation templates.Good understanding of scripting languages like Shell and Python, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and databases such as MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch.Additional RequirementsExperience in driving Agile practices within organizations.Agile consulting and system integration experience in top-tier consulting firms.Ability to work in cross-cultural teams and support multiple time zones.Experience leading large distributed Agile teams.Strong understanding of engineering and DevOps practices.Excellent client handling skills.Minimum of 12 years of experience in Information Technologies.Tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.Hear from our recruiter on their experience working with Infosys as an employer.
