As the Sales Manager, you will:
Lead and grow sales of off-the-plan residential projects in Sydney.
Host and guide visiting clients, providing seamless support from airport pick-up to settlement.
Organise and lead project tours, site inspections, and local sightseeing.
Build strong relationships with clients, clearly explain project details, and nurture them through the sales process.
Provide cultural introductions and answer client questions with patience and professionalism.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for transport, accommodation, and event arrangements.
Collect and record client feedback and requirements for future follow-up.
Generate regular sales and program reports.
About you...
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Outstanding communication and cultural awareness
High-level hospitality and client service skills
Strong organisation, multi-tasking, and flexibility
Fluent English essential; Mandarin highly desirable
This role is a remote role which requires you tobe in proximity to our projects in Green Square, Sydney
