We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to support the centre in delivering high-quality early learning and care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and building capabilities within the team, managing the centre in the absence of the Centre Director, and contributing to strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Supporting the Centre Director in leadership to provide exceptional early learning and care
 * Mentoring and developing capabilities within the centre team
 * Managing the centre during periods of absence
 * Implementing best practices as outlined in the Goodstart Practice Guide

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
 * Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
 * Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
 * Willingness to undergo a Police Check
