Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Distribution Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth and affiliate partnerships.
This role will play a vital part in campaign execution, creative development, and day-to-day coordination between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management & Execution:
o Support planning and execution of monthly affiliate promotions, including material development and digital uploads.
o Assist in strategy development with Manager, ensuring all campaign timelines and goals are met.
o Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, on-brand promotional assets.
* Creative & Content Development:
o Develop and organize pitch decks, one-sheets, mailers, and sales collateral.
o Research industry trends and brainstorm creative marketing concepts for existing and new business opportunities.
o Ensure accuracy, branding consistency, and timely delivery of all assets.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Worldwide Distribution, Creative, Social & Digital Team, Production, Programming, Legal, etc.) to align efforts and execute marketing plans.
o Maintain vendor and client communications for campaigns, activations, and events.
o Represent Distribution Marketing at internal and external meetings.
Requirements:
* Skills and Qualifications:
o 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or media industry.
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
o Strong communication, proofreading, and project management skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva (or similar tools).
o Strategic thinker with ability to execute tactically.
* PREFERRED:
o Experience in media, television, or entertainment marketing.
o Familiarity with tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
o Social media fluency and digital campaign experience.
