A typical day may look like:
* Building strong relationships with a diverse customer base including local farmers, primary producers, and trade customers
* Assisting customers in-store and over the phone with pricing, product queries, and counter sales
* Performing general administrative tasks such as stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching goods
* Supporting merchandise campaigns and maintaining a welcoming, well-presented store environment
* Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries
* Ensuring safety processes are followed at all times
A little about you:
* You're self-motivated, proactive, and bring a positive approach to customer service
* You have strong time management and verbal communication skills
* You're passionate about Australian agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise
* You have experience achieving sales outcomes using your specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products relevant to local crops
* You're keen to learn all aspects of retail operations and sales
* A current driver's licence and forklift ticket is advantageous but not essential
* This is a permanent part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week) and includes Saturday morning shifts (9am–12pm).
