About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our administration team as a Client Service Coordinator.
This role will provide support across the accounting department, undertaking general administrative duties such as:
1. Dealing directly with clients on behalf of accountants
2. Scheduling meetings and appointments
3. Preparation of documents and reports
4. Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met
5. Onboarding new clients and updating client details in our database
6. Liaising with external agencies, including the ATO and ASIC
7. Undertaking any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
