**$135,320 package includes salary ($119,757 - $132,188), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.**

**About the role**
As a Business Partner, People & Culture you will be responsible for providing advice and consultancy to management on workforce solutions and issues to meet the goals specified in TAFE NSW and the People and Culture Strategic Plans.
**About You**
As part of a high-performing, collaborative team focused on creating a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment, you will bring a strong understanding of industry best practices, legal requirements, performance management, and innovative HR solutions. You will have experience supporting key areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and workplace wellness. Additionally, you will excel at building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, providing expert advice, support, and solutions on a wide range of workforce-related matters.
In addition, you will have the following:
- Degree qualification in related field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience in the engagement of multiple stakeholders in a diverse, complex environment.
- Successful history of building relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of HR related legislative and regulatory requirements and/or experience in a people leadership capacity.
- Class C driver's licence with the capacity to travel for TAFE NSW business purposes as required.
- A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
**Highly Regarded**
- Experience in leading or supporting large-scale change initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex HR issues in line with the Fair Work Act
