* Manage financial and human resources efficiently to deliver high-quality road safety services through effective planning and implementation.
* Foster a productive and safe work environment by managing all aspects of the team's workforce, including employee conduct, development, and recruitment.
* Engage with the community and gather information to establish clear goals and objectives.
Mandatory Qualifications And Conditions
* The successful candidate must hold a current driver's license and undergo a criminal history check prior to appointment.
* A Working with children check (Blue Card) is mandatory upon commencement of employment and ongoing.
