Charles Sturt University is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to join our Division of Information Technology as Director, Service Delivery. This is a pivotal senior leadership role driving the modernisation of ICT services and shaping a customer-focused, service-oriented operating model that supports the University's strategic goals. As Director, Service Delivery, you'll lead the evolution of our web, applications, and integration platforms, driving innovation in user experience, learning technologies, and CRM systems. This is an opportunity to guide high-performing teams that design and deliver the tools our students and staff use every day, shaping how our community engages with technology and crafting a seamless, student-focused digital journey. We are looking for a passionate leader to join us on one of our vibrant regional campuses. If you’re not currently located within a reasonable commuting distance, we’ll happily support relocation.
