Overview
Full Time - Electrical Engineering Graduate at Witthoft Engineering Pty Ltd (WE), a dynamic engineering consultancy based in Fortitude Valley, Queensland. WE seeks talented electrical and control systems engineering graduates for a hands-on role that supports growth toward Chartered Engineer status and RPEQ eligibility.
WE specializes in electrical, instrumentation & control systems, civil disciplines, and serves the water utility and manufacturing industries, including industrial design and control system integration.
We offer an environment where graduate engineers participate in the engineering process from costing to completion, with opportunities to contribute and be mentored by experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Attend site to collect information for design inputs, witness factory acceptance testing, and provide commissioning assistance.
- Electrical design tasks ranging from high power switchboards and protection design to control and instrumentation circuits and equipment selection.
- Problem solving and solution development through engineered approaches.
- Experience with EPLAN Electric and AutoCAD is highly advantageous.
- Contribute to projects across the engineering lifecycle with input valued by the team.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or nearing completion).
- Eligibility for Membership to Engineers Australia.
- Enthusiasm for engineering and technology with strong communication skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Ability to pass a medical and criminal history check.
- Full Australian working rights with no visa restrictions.
