About the Role
As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager you will lead from the front as you drive store performance, coach your team, and create a positive, customer-first culture.
* Accountable for daily operations for performance and efficiency
* Drive for results in sales, wages, and shrinkage targets
* Report directly to the Regional Manager
* Lead stocktake processes and team development
* Champion a collaborative, customer-focused environment
* Recruit, coach, and build a high-performing team
What You'll Bring:
You are a driven and hands-on store leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. With a strong focus on people, performance, and presentation, you lead by example and bring out the best in your team – always putting the customer first.
* Store leadership experience in retail or big box environment (30+ staff.)
* Proven ability to drive results through service and operations
* Strong communication and team leadership skills
* Attention to detail and visual merchandising standards
* Solid computer and system skills
* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Full-time availability, including weekends
* Full Australian working rights
