Key Responsibilities
* Assist in effective programming and construction methodologies
* Ensure project milestones are met and compliance standards are adhered to
* Conduct quality assurance and site inspections
* Provide financial reporting and forecasting
* Oversee project administration tasks
* Maintain safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors
Essential Skills and Attributes
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
* Experience in engineering, construction, and project delivery
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus on priorities
* Strong skills in negotiating, evaluating, and administering contracts, specifications, and Australian standards
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
* Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Project
* Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Strong leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and influencing teams
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
