Impact Community Health Service (ICHS) is growing We have an exciting opportuning for a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of the Discovery Coast Primary Health Care Continuity Plan - a key initiative under the Resilient Care Grant.
This on-site role is full-time and fixed-term until 30 June 2026.
Key responsibilities
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with health care providers, emergency services, and local government.
* Program Coordination: Lead the co-design and implementation of the Primary Health Care Continuity Plan, including tools and formal agreements.
* Training & Simulation: Organise and deliver training sessions and mock disaster scenarios to test preparedness.
* Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones, prepare reports, and support program evaluation activities.
* Sustainability Planning: Develop long-term strategies, activation protocols, and handover frameworks.
* General Duties: Contribute to a safe workplace and support broader organisational initiatives as required.
What we're looking for
* Diploma or Tertiary qualifications in health, emergency management, project management, or a related field.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Sound knowledge of disaster preparedness, continuity planning, and regional service delivery
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
* Current driver's license and willingness to travel across the Discovery Coast region (company vehicle provided)
