THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Key Account Manager, you will work closely with our franchise clients, providing data-driven insights and actionable pricing and business recommendations to boost profitability. Using RMS methodologies, you will explore factors influencing consumer purchase decisions at the store, category, and item levels. You will share these insights with franchisees and their management teams. This is a hybrid position with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be part of our Consulting Services team, based in Sydney, Australia, reporting to the Sr. Director of Consulting Services. You will manage multiple franchise accounts, establishing strong relationships with key corporate clients, and engaging with senior personnel to discuss pricing strategies. You will ensure the successful implementation and follow-up of these strategies across locations. Our company encourages career growth and personal development opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Manage franchise accounts and build relationships with key corporate contacts.
* Create reports, presentations, and analyses in collaboration with your team.
* Present insights and recommendations to corporate contacts and franchisees.
* Facilitate pricing best practices, provide training on pricing tools, and support franchisees with queries and ad-hoc requests.
* Conduct regular meetings with franchisees to ensure understanding and adherence to revenue management strategies.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* At least 5 years' experience in key account management, analytics, consulting, consumer research, or revenue management.
* Proficiency in management information systems, including Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and presentation skills, with strong communication at all levels.
* Strong business acumen, storytelling, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines.
* This position is based in Sydney, with client visits within the Sydney area.
PREFERRED
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
* 3-5 years' experience in hospitality or retail, preferably in revenue or account management.
