About the Role
As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our store — delivering exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a great experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Processing sales through the POS system accurately and efficiently
* Replenishing and merchandising stock to maintain a tidy and visually appealing store
* Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
* Working as part of a team to meet store targets and goals
* Handling customer queries and product returns in line with company policies
* Learning product knowledge to confidently recommend items to customers
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Enthusiastic and approachable, with strong communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible roster including weekends
* A team player with a positive attitude
* Detail-oriented with basic computer and POS skills
* Previous retail or customer service experience is highly regarded
