Job Title: Clinical Educator
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee teaching requirements and assessment tasks for the Ballarat EN Trainee Program, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Diploma of Nursing training package.
* Collaborate with Federation University TAFE to ensure compliant and effective delivery of Diploma of Nursing units.
* Develop and implement classroom, online, and simulated learning strategies; deliver assessments; and ensure timely adherence to education processes.
* Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements.
* Provide hands-on clinical teaching and support to students in patient care settings.
* Work closely with the Early Career Lead to support trainees in achieving their clinical objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
* Strong knowledge of education frameworks, including the Best Practice Clinical Learning Environment (BPCLE).
* Sound knowledge of the Diploma of Nursing training package and the role, responsibilities, and scope of practice of Enrolled Nurses.
* Significant clinical experience across a range of healthcare settings with the ability to develop and maintain strong professional partnerships.
* Understanding of administration and clinical workflows as they relate to learners on placement.
* Well-developed IT, written, and verbal communication skills.
