Job Summary
* The Business Accountant will play a key role in supporting business decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

* Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making.
* Manage fixed assets: capitalisations, disposals, and depreciation.
* Collaborate with departments to provide insights on financial performance.
* Analyze and process workshop recharges and stock movement journals.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
* Assist in streamlining processes for efficiency within the accounting team.
* Complete monthly BAS returns and support FBT documentation.
* Provide financial advice and recommendations to key stakeholders.
* Assist with annual budgeting and liaise with external auditors.
* Support strategic business planning through data-driven analysis.
Requirements
* A degree in Accounting or a related field is essential.
* Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA are highly regarded.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial modelling and reporting are required.
* Experience in the industrial sector would be advantageous.
* Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are necessary.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders are required.
