About the Opportunity

Are you looking for a role in which you can apply your amazing learning design skills and knowledge?

We are currently seeking an experienced Learning Designer to help enhance the ECU Staff Learning Management System by providing input into the development of the necessary governance and guidelines to ensure a quality and inclusive learning experience.

In addition, you'll have the opportunity to use your adult learning expertise and experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline to design and craft a range of accessible, engaging, and inclusive learning modules. You'll also create a range of templates, tools, and resources to provide our people with a great learning experience, whether it be mandatory training or self-directed learning.

About you

You will be able to demonstrate:

* Compressive experience with workplace learning management systems (preferably ELMO)
* Extensive experience in using and applying learning design by using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.
* Proven ability in problem solving with the ability to investigate, identify and develop practical solutions.
* Build rapport and forming positive relationships with all stakeholders
