Ready to step into a senior HR role where you're not just ticking boxes, but actually influencing how the business runs?
At Keece, we're growing quickly across Australia and New Zealand, particularly within high-demand sectors like data centres. With that growth comes complexity, and we're looking for a Senior HR Advisor who can operate at a commercial level and support our leaders to get workforce decisions right.
About the Position
This role sits at the intersection of people, projects and commercial outcomes.
You'll be across everything from workforce planning and recruitment strategy, through to EBAs, labour hire, and complex employee matters. You'll bring clarity to situations where there isn't always a straight answer, and help leaders make confident, compliant decisions.
What You Will Be Doing
* Partnering with Directors and Business Unit Managers on workforce planning and resourcing strategy
* Providing advice on Enterprise Agreements (EBAs), Modern Awards, and industrial relations matters
* Supporting the interpretation and application of trade agreements, site conditions, allowances and union expectations
* Overseeing and advising on labour hire arrangements, including cost, compliance and workforce mix
* Supporting commercial decisions relating to labour, delivery and project risk
* Ensuring compliance across Fair Work, WHS and industrial frameworks
* Working closely with payroll and finance to ensure correct application of pay conditions
* Supporting and guiding the HR Administrator across recruitment, onboarding and HR processes
What We Will Provide
* A fun and vibrant work environment in our new Richmond office
* Weekly payroll
* Ongoing training and development
* A culturally diverse and inclusive work environment
About You
* You're someone who can sit at the table with leaders and hold your own, but you're also practical enough to understand how things actually run on site.
* You don't shy away from complexity, and you're confident working across EBAs, labour hire, and trade environments where things move quickly.
* Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor / HRBP role
* Strong understanding of EBAs, awards, and industrial relations
* Knowledge of negotiating ETU Agreements and EBAs
* Experience in construction, electrical, or trade-based industries
* Exposure to labour hire models and workforce planning
* Ability to balance compliance, commercial outcomes, and people
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and operational teams
