About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for a fixed‐term Receptionist to join our team at Regis Como in Western Australia. This role is a maternity cover fixed‐term contractual position. The ideal candidate has previous knowledge of rostering, excels at phone etiquette, and possesses IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. The person will be outgoing, friendly, and able to relate well to the elderly.

* General administration and data entry
* Stationery ordering and petty cash management

* Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
* Administrative support for other departments of the home
About You
* Previous experience working in a busy reception role
* Ability to multi‐task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
* Strong accuracy and data entry skills
* PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
* Ability to learn internal software systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
* Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Bright and friendly demeanour, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries
