**About the Role**
- Scheduling of, preparation and taking minutes/action lists for team and management meetings
- Management of event schedules
- Liaison with service providers such as cleaning, maintenance, marketing, etc.
- Involvement with the operation of social media accounts
- Maintaining adequate stocks of office supplies
- Co-ordinating various business rosters and schedules
- Organisation of events and functions as required
- Administrative support to management as required
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll preparation
- Management of sales department marketing budgets
- New team member inductions
- Management of reception staff and service levels
**Skills & Experience**
- Reliable and punctual
- Clear, concise communication both verbally and written
- Self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office
