You will be employed as an Office Receptionist on a full-time basis for a fixed term of 12 months with the possibility of ongoing.
Overview
The position will involve duties set out below but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- General front of house duties
- Customer service inc. Greeting customers and assisting customers in store, answering phones, assisting customers enquiries and water testing.
- Keeping store front stocked and clean
- Store stock take & ordering stock when required
- Backup to all office staff
- Lodge, follow & set up service work
- Maintaining the pool display yard
Hours
Days/hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm; Saturday 9am – 12noon
Applicant must have the following
- Immediate start for the right applicant
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Team player
- Self-driven
- Quick learner
- Good sense of humour
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
