Role: Room Leader
Location: Dalby, Queensland 4405
Centre: Goodstart Dalby
Employment Type: Full-Time 38 hours per week
Pay: up to $39.35 + Superannuation + Benefits

* Take charge of your own room, leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
* Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
* Commitment to safety and inclusivity to ensure every learning experience meets the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Dalby
* Work in a full-time capacity between operating hours 7am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.
* Goodstart Dalby is rated "Meeting" by ACECQA in November 2024, reflecting commitment to high-quality education and continuous improvement.
* With 5 rooms and space for 74 children, our centre layout supports quality interactions and meaningful connections.
* Work with a highly experienced Centre Director and Leadership team.

You'll need
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
