Product Strategy and Leadership
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Jira Service Management (JSM) Cloud team. In this role, you will build product strategy for aspects of our mission, focusing on helping bring the largest JSM organization in cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build product strategy for scalability & performance, customer account management, compliance & regulation, migration, and enterprise innovation.
* Form a triad with engineering and design to inspire and lead your team to success.
* Guide an Agile, hypothesis-driven approach to development, utilising build-measure-learn loops.
* Utilise user experience design to increase scalability and performance.
* Improve the end-to-end process for managing Customer Accounts.
* Manage relationships across multiple departments to prioritise and deliver outcomes.
* Partner with other missions and leadership to meet requirements for a broader enterprise-focused programme.
Your Background:
To succeed in this role, you should have prior success setting product strategy and launching excellent products/experiences globally. You should be able to set clear goals, make decisions, and communicate crisply with your team, to leaders across our organisation, and to our customers and partners.
