We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to lead the growth of our beauty and cosmetic brands.
This role requires strong organisational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple ecommerce websites and stay ahead of industry trends.
 * Drive the performance of multiple ecommerce websites across the group.
 * Optimise key metrics such as traffic, conversion, retention, and revenue.
 * Implement A/B testing programs to enhance UX, conversion rates, and customer journeys.
 * Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
 * Analyse data to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.
 * Stay informed about ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
 * Take full ownership of the success and growth of our online stores.
Requirements
 * 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field (Shopify experience advantageous).
 * A strong understanding of ecommerce performance drivers — CRO, analytics, A/B testing, customer journeys, and UX.
 * Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 * A data-driven mindset paired with creative problem-solving skills.
 * Suitable for a high-growth setting and taking initiative.
 * A passion for beauty, cosmetics, and delivering best-in-class online experiences.
 * Experience in email platforms like Klaviyo is beneficial.
