About the role
You will support and service a wide range of Commercial Services client/customer groups, including but not limited to our accommodation clients, conference guests, hospitality and retail services, events delegates, and other internal and external commercial services users. In addition, you will provide leadership support and direction to the Client Services, Print Services and Operations Functional teams across the Directorate to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
You will:
- work closely with the Commercial Services Management team in developing, implementing, and monitoring processes and system solutions;
- liaise with different functional teams and clients, establish project plans and priorities, and monitor project progress and timelines;
- ensure prompt customer service relating to enquiries regarding services, processes, fees and charges and the provision of information; and
- coordinate the on-boarding and training of administration and support staff.
About you
You will have experience in supervising and coordinating a team to achieve business objectives while ensuring excellent client/customer services in supporting a range of stakeholders. In addition, you will also have demonstrated experience in problem solving and decision-making within a diverse client service environment.
You will possess:
- capacity to implement, monitor and evaluate changes in systems and processes;
- experience in liaising in with client groups in a service environment;
- capacity to work flexibly outside of normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays on occasion; and
- operational experience in client service industries or similar environments such as accommodation, hospitality, retail, food, and conferencing.
