About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic Caravan Sales Consultant who can confidently engage with customers from all corners of Queensland — from coastal travellers to remote regional families — and understand the diverse needs of our clients.

You'll manage face‑to‑face enquiries, online leads, and customer consultations while following proven sales systems, chasing leads with energy, and delivering an outstanding customer experience that reflects our values and our brand.

What You'll Be Doing

* Consulting with & converting customers in the sales yard
* Ensuring stock is presented at the highest standard
* Establishing leads across multiple platforms
* Capturing customer information & requirements
* Responding to leads quickly and professionally
* Delivering an outstanding customer experience, every time
* Following structured sales processes and CRM systems
* Conducting walk‑throughs, tailoring solutions, and presenting product benefits
* Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry → delivery → post‑sales
* Representing our brand with pride, integrity, and enthusiasm
* Working closely with the team to build a high‑performing dealership


What We're Looking For

* Proven sales experience (caravans, automotive, retail, or similar)
* A motivated, proactive self‑starter who follows systems and instructions
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Someone who values brand reputation and consistency
* Organised, reliable, and committed to customer satisfaction
* A current driver's license
* A genuine hunger to succeed and grow into bigger opportunities
