Key Responsibilities
You will:
* Provide technical support and leadership on environmental assessment and management projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will bring:
* A degree in chemistry, geology, environmental/earth science, or related fields, with a background in geochemistry or hydrogeochemistry.
* Proven expertise in geochemistry/hydrogeochemistry and understanding of regulatory requirements in Australia, with experience in geochemical risks in mining and renewables projects.
* Experience with geochemical and water quality modelling, proficiency in software like GoldSim, Geochemist Workbench, PHREEQC, or Excel/VBA, and a desire to develop these skills.
* A passion for mentoring early-career specialists.
* Interest in client liaison and project management, working within deadlines and budgets.
* Ability to produce high-quality technical reports and communicate complex results clearly.
* Respect, integrity, and humility to work collaboratively and ethically.
