As a result of ongoing growth, they are now seeking a **Head of Capability & People Experience** to join their team.
**The Opportunity**:
Leading the People Experience & Capability teams, you'll be the caretaker and thought leader of the **moments that matter** to the employee journey. You will design, co-ordinate and implement inclusive people experiences that enable the workforce to thrive and make an impact. You will design and shape the employee experience, collaborating with the broader people team to bring the strategy to life.
In this role, you will support the creation and successful execution of learning, development and capability plans across the organisation. You will identify gaps in current capability and build programs (spanning across leadership development, technical skills, onboarding, performance, and career planning) to create a future-fit workforce. Working closely with the broader People team, you will support the operational execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring exceptional results for their customers.
You will be a pioneer for optimising organisational performance through valuable and adaptable programs and practices. By providing tools, communication and education, you will expand current thinking and current awareness about high-value programs and processes to advance the People Experience and Organisational Capability in line with the dynamic nature of their business
**About you**:
Degree qualified coupled with extensive experience across **Capability and People Experience**, you will demonstrate proven experience in creating initiatives / strategies that encourage behavioural change within the business to recognise the moments that matter across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
You will have proven capability in the in the delivery of agile, best practice initiatives that are 'fit for purpose' and incorporate robust change management and understanding of organisational culture.
Strategic in your approach, you will also be 'hands on' as required, but maintain a future focus, bringing solutions and innovative ideas to assist leaders drive engagement, performance and meet the challenges of the future.
Naturally, you will demonstrate extensive knowledge across:
- Relevant and emerging technologies and market trends
- Highly effective Organisational Capability & People Experience programs and practices
- Behavioural leadership and change management principles
With proven experience developing and delivering contemporary approaches, you will be a simplifier, proactive, strategic, and tenacious. You will be comfortable in communicating widely across the business and in influencing and encouraging a shift in current thinking and processes.
