An opportunity is available for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a major refinery site in Kwinana, supporting a large-scale decommissioning project.
This is a stable 12-month contract suited to an HSE professional seeking consistent metro-based work within a structured heavy industrial environment. Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, you will provide practical, site-based WHS support to operations, ensuring compliance and safe work practices during decommissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HSE advice to supervisors and workforce
* Conduct site safety audits and monitor corrective actions
* Support risk assessments and safe work method reviews
* Assist with incident investigations and reporting
* Promote positive safety behaviours and WHS compliance
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety
* Experience in refinery, oil & gas, mining, construction or heavy industry
* Sound understanding of WHS legislation and HSE systems
* Practical, hands-on approach with strong communication skills
