About the Prospect
We have a vacancy for an exceptional Talent Partner responsible for recruiting hospitality positions of all levels across our resorts/clubs. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will focus on the provision of skilled and seamless talent services to the business.
Responsibilities
* Recruit hospitality positions of all levels across our resorts/clubs.
* Provide skilled and seamless talent services to the business.
* Enable line managers to recruit the best applicants possible.
* Lead their people to service members/customers.
* Develop and implement best practice recruitment strategies and processes to enable the organisation to achieve its business goals.
* Report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Qualifications
* Previous inhouse recruitment experience (hospitality recruitment experience highly desirable).
* Consultative approach to decision making.
* Genuine passion for Talent and people focused service delivery.
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive nature.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities simultaneously.
* Ability to think creatively.
* Team player with robust ethos, adhering to agreed behaviours as per RACV values, including active participation in team meetings, completing paperwork within timeframes, and sharing knowledge.
* Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
* Trustworthy, reliable, strong work ethic.
