Essential criteria:
1. Proven strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional division project activities in a high-pressure environment. -20%
2. Proven extensive project management experience working in large-scale organizations, or Australian Government environments. - 10%
3. The project manager will demonstrate an excellent understanding of FinOps best practice, relevant Australian Government legislation and supporting policies, and their applicability to cloud environments. - 20%
4. Demonstrated experience in developing high quality project documentation and presenting project updates for key stakeholders, committees/boards, and senior executive. -20%
5. Demonstrated high-level experience in providing training to large groups of staff, developing change communication, including training and guidance material. - 15%

Desirable criteria:
1. Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, AWS cloud environments, including cost management and licensing models. - 25%
2. Proven experience in delivering large-scale FinOps cloud projects. -25%
3. Possess a current FinOps certification, or foundation Cloud Certification in AWS or Azure %
4. Demonstrated experience driving cloud policy/strategy development projects. -25%
