Client Relationship Lead – Remote Operations
Bibra Lake, Perth WA | Remote Site Travel Required (Approx. 50%)Monday – Friday
We are seeking a Client Relationship Lead to act as the key link between CKSC and our clients across remote operations to drive uptake of CKSC's range of services and build strong relationships.
This role is not office-based – approximately 50% of your time will be spent onsite at remote mining villages, working directly with client teams and reviewing CKSC's service delivery. The remaining time will be based at our Bibra Lake headquarters in Perth.
This role will be an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in remote village operations, leadership in kitchen operations and catering management and/or site operations management.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage long-term client relationships across remote operations
* Spend regular time onsite at remote villages reviewing service delivery and identifying improvement opportunities
* Act as the primary liaison between clients and CKSC operational teams
* Promote and increase utilisation of CKSC's Integrated Maintenance System services
* Conduct client meetings and performance reviews
* Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity and service value
What We're Looking For
* Experience working in remote mining, camp, or village operations
* Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to understand operational challenges in remote service environments
* Strong organisation and communication skills
Technical Skills
* Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
* Experience with ERP or asset management systems (e.g. MEX, MYOB) advantageous
