Role overview: As an Event Planner, you will bring extraordinary events to life within our world‑class events centre, from intimate gatherings to large‑scale celebrations, ensuring flawless execution from concept to post‑event evaluation.
What you will do
- Manage all aspects of event planning from concept development to post‑event evaluation
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and adherence to financial targets
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to curate exceptional menus and dining experiences
- Maintain understanding of industry trends and incorporate creative ideas into event planning
Qualifications and experience
- Proven experience in event management, preferably within hospitality or entertainment industries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination capabilities
- Problem‑solving ability and composure under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
