Build the Growth Engine From Zero
We are hiring a Founding Growth Lead to design, build, and scale our growth function across both B2C and B2B segments.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a foundational build.
You will define the strategy, implement the systems, and create a repeatable revenue engine that drives measurable commercial impact. You will sit close to leadership and operate with high autonomy, owning growth as a core business function.
The Role
You will lead end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation, translating commercial goals into scalable execution.
Core Responsibilities
* Define and execute a full-funnel growth strategy aligned to revenue targets
* Build and scale performance channels across paid, owned, referral, and lifecycle
* Establish experimentation frameworks and embed structured testing
* Own key commercial metrics including CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin, and growth efficiency
* Develop reporting infrastructure and dashboards for rapid decision making
* Identify new revenue opportunities including partnerships and channel expansion
* Partner with leadership to prioritise initiatives based on impact and resource constraints
What We're Looking For
* 3-6+ years in growth, performance, or revenue roles within early-stage or scaling businesses
* Experience building systems from first principles rather than optimising mature ones
* Clear ownership of revenue and unit economics, not just channel metrics
* Strong commercial judgement and comfort operating with imperfect data
* Hands‐on execution capability across performance marketing channels
* Ability to prioritise under constraint and navigate ambiguity
* Bias toward action and measurable outcomes
You'll Thrive If You Are
* A strong executor who can identify high-impact opportunities, initiate them independently, and drive them through to measurable outcomes
* Highly quantitative and metrics-driven, using data to prioritise initiatives, evaluate trade-offs, and optimise performance
* Experienced in growth within early-stage or scaling businesses, with hands‐on exposure to building systems and processes from the ground up rather than inheriting mature infrastructure
* Alternatively, a commercially minded consultant with at least three years' experience who is now seeking ownership, accountability, and direct impact
