Responsibilities
- Assisting with service bookings, job cards and invoicing
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Communicating and following up with customers and updating schedules
- Processing credit applications
- Maintaining and updating customer accounts
- Uploading documents and images to customer profiles
- General administrative tasks
- Ad hoc assistance in the workshop when required
About You
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail, especially with data entry
- A professional and friendly phone manner
- Ability to work effectively within a small team
- A current Australian Drivers Licence
- Australian work rights
- Be a Newman resident
