Due to an internal promotion, Place Estate Agents is looking for a driven, customer-centric candidate to support our James Street Office front-of-house operations and provide 6-star customer service to all external and internal clients.
The successful candidate will have a bubbly, welcoming personality and strive to go above and beyond to continuously improve customer experiences.
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, between 9:30 am to 6 pm.
Role & Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, clients, and colleagues.
* Receiving and delegating incoming calls with knowledge and confidence.
* Managing and maintaining meeting room bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep.
* Contributing ideas and identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative/reception position (preferable).
* Experience in the residential real estate industry is desirable.
* Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
* A positive, 'how can I help' attitude with adaptability to change.
* Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
