We are looking for a Head of Scientific & Clinical Affairs to help shape the scientific direction of our business and strengthen the evidence, education and clinical credibility behind our portfolio.
In this pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead Integria's Scientific & Clinical Affairs strategy across R&D, education, clinical support and scientific communication. You will play a key role in strengthening our innovation pipeline, HCP engagement, clinical evidence base and thought leadership across herbal medicine and functional supplementation.
This role requires a leader who can balance scientific rigour with commercial relevance. Someone who understands how evidence, education and practitioner engagement support brand growth, product innovation and customer trust.
You will help position our iconic brands – MediHerb, Eagle Clinical and Eagle Blue – at the forefront of evidence‐based natural healthcare. You will also lead the generation and translation of scientific evidence, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, and ensure Integria remains future‐focused, scientifically credible, commercially aware and aligned with evolving industry standards.
What you'll do:
* Lead the development and execution of Integria's Scientific & Clinical Affairs strategy to support current and future product portfolios.
* Oversee clinical studies, observational research and evidence‐generation programs that strengthen product claims, education and scientific credibility.
* Identify emerging scientific trends, ingredients and therapeutic concepts that support innovation and long‐term growth.
* Build and lead a high‐performing Scientific & Clinical Affairs team across R&D, education, clinical support and scientific communication.
* Act as Integria's scientific ambassador, strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals, practitioners, academic institutions and key opinion leaders.
* Lead scientific education initiatives, advisory boards, white papers, conference presentations and expert forums.
* Provide credible, evidence‐based scientific support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate cross‐functionally with Brand & Innovation, Regulatory, Commercial, Technical and Supply Chain teams to ensure science‐led decision‐making across the business.
* Contribute as a member of the Leadership Team, providing scientific, clinical and commercial perspective to Company strategy and decision‐making.
What you'll bring:
* 10+ years' experience in scientific, clinical affairs or senior leadership roles within complementary healthcare, natural health, phytotherapy, functional medicine, practitioner health or a related sector.
* Formal qualifications in natural sciences, life sciences, pharmacology, clinical research, herbal medicine, naturopathy or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications such as PhD, MD, PharmD, Masters or equivalent experience will be highly regarded.
* Strong herbal medicine or phytotherapy knowledge, with the ability to apply this expertise in a commercial context.
* Proven experience designing, leading or translating clinical evidence‐generation programs.
* Strong scientific credibility and the ability to translate complex science into clear, compelling insights for different audiences.
* A commercially minded approach, with an understanding of how science, education, evidence and HCP engagement contribute to brand growth and portfolio performance.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary scientific, clinical, education or research teams.
* Strong ability to influence across functions and contribute at executive level.
* Established networks within scientific, practitioner, academic or healthcare professional communities.
* Strong public speaking, scientific communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
* A passion for advancing evidence‐based natural healthcare and shaping the future of the industry.
