Case Manager Job Description
The role of a Case Manager involves providing holistic support and advice to individuals who may be experiencing or have experienced harmful workplace behaviors.
This includes adopting a confidential, person-centred and trauma-informed approach when working with clients to achieve a resolution. As a Case Manager, you must be able to be empathetic while remaining impartial and non-judgmental and possess a strong awareness of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Client and/or Confidant support and one on one confidential consultation, to identify appropriate options to reach informed decisions.
2. Contributing to the identification of current and emerging issues and the monitoring and enhancement of integrity performance.
3. Liaising with various internal stakeholders to ensure the best response options and outcomes for clients.
4. Building positive partnerships with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to early intervention and the management of complex workplace matters.
5. Preparation of briefs, reports and other sensitive documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Australian citizenship at the time of application.
* Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
* Empathy, non-judgement and exceptional listening skills.
* Contemporary knowledge and relevant experience.
