You are expected to be available 7 days a week, have a strong understanding of gaming, compliance, rostering, marketing and have managed teams within a hospitality environment.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of hospitality management experience.
Permanent residency or Australian citizenship is required for this position.
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is mandatory.
We are not just interested in the skillls, although very important but we are interested in also employing the right person who has good communication skills, a can do attitude and has a positive influence on their peers & who is ready to lead & develop our team.
