We are currently seeking multiple BOH Kitchen Hand/Donut Chef to join our growing business in Canberra City and Woden.
The Offer:
From $33.19/hr to $39.83 (weekdays-weekends), +12% super.
*Casual rate for 21yo and above. Junior rates may apply for candidate below 21yo.
**Full/Part-time position with salary package available for the right candidates after proven performance.
The Role:
* Make irresistible donuts following our special recipes and optimised efficient process, using state-of-the-art equipment and best ingredients.
* Prepare mouth-watering fillings that will make each bite an unforgettable experience.
* Show off your decorating skills and turn simple donuts into edible masterpieces.
* Manage inventory and ensure our shelves are always stocked with delectable delights.
* Follow health and safety standards to keep our kitchen squeaky clean and sanitary.
* Embrace a can-do attitude and be ready to jump in wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly.
Demonstrated experience in a fast pace commercial kitchen in the past is a plus but not a must. Full training will be provided for this role.
You must have the ability to learn the recipes and have the confidence to operate the kitchen independently after our proven training program (with supervision in the first few weeks after the program). Most staff completed the training program with 4-8 shifts depending on experience.

* Punctual and responsible, arrive on time for shifts and deliver results.
* Desire to learn and grow, enjoy picking up new knowledge and skills.
* Autonomy, enjoy managing the simple kitchen independently with the owner's mindset.
* High standards in presentation and speed, commitment to work quality and efficiency.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations* to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
*Free 2-hour food and safety online course available.
