We are seeking a skilled Production Estimator to join our team.
Job Overview
This role involves estimating costs for Class 1 Residential Homes, managing Bills of Quantity (BOQs), and liaising with suppliers to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
Main Responsibilities:
* Estimate costs for residential construction projects, taking into account material costs, labor rates, and other expenses.
* Manage BOQs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is communicated to stakeholders and suppliers.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure estimates are accurate and meet the project's requirements.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of two years' experience in production estimation, preferably in the residential construction industry.
* A degree or certificate in Building & Construction Management or a related field.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
