Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an Automotive Spray Painter. The ideal candidate would be someone looking to make the jump from the automotive spray-painting industry into the earthmoving/construction industry. This is a great opportunity for the right person to develop operating skills and a good understanding of the industry as well as developing skills which may provide further opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for-
Safely moving equipment and vehicles around the yard
Conducting cyclic condition checks on stock machines
Loading and Unloading machines for transport in accordance with CoR regulations.
Machine Detailing and automotive painting.
Assisting our technicians both in the workshop.
Pre delivery of new machinery.
Keeping paperwork in order
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Participating in a positive workshop culture
Qualifications and Essential Experience
Must be experienced with automotive spray painting.
A team player
Have basic mechanical or electrical experience.
Ability to demonstrate initiative.
Well presented.
Essential experience with hand and power tools
Previous Trade Assistant experience (preferred but not essential)
Familiarity with heavy mechanical parts and machinery advantageous
A valid drivers license
WH&S awareness
The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
Availability to work 7.30AM - 4PM - Monday to Friday
